5. Tournament rules and regulations

9 round round-robin tournament
Time limit: 90 minutes, additional 30 minutes after 40th. move and 30 seconds for each move.

Tournament registered for FIDE rating evaluation

Every player is allowed to take two half-point byes except the last round.

6. Players

Tournament is open for players rated 2000+ FIDE.
The organiser reserves the right to allow the participation of 3 players rated 1951-2000 and two players rated 1901-1950 and one player rated 1850-1900

Entry fee to be paid until 7th November.

8. Prizes

All participants are eligible to receive a cash prize, and there are no invited players among them.

There won’t be any participation bonus since no requests were sent.

Special prizes

Prizes will be paid per bank transfer within 7 days.

9. Schedule:

Maximum late arrival for the game: 30 minutes

10. Additional regulations:

• Participants take part in the Festival at their own risk and obtain their own insurance.
• Minor players need to be under supervision of parents or legal supervisors, they are also responsible for the insurance and health of the minor players.
• Participants taking part in the tournament consent to the processing of their personal data indicated in the application and party registration forms for the purpose of organizing, conducting and summarizing the festival and individual tournaments, as well as promotional and marketing activities.
• The organizer reserves the right to use free of charge game records and audiovisual materials produced during the tournament, in particular photos, film materials, interviews and sound recordings of participants for information, promotional and marketing purposes.
• It is prohibited to bring electronic devices into the playing hall. In special cases, the chief arbiter may allow the use of electronic devices. Anti-cheating procedures will be in place.
• The organizers reserve the right to change the announcement and its final interpretation.
• Registration for the tournament is tantamount to acceptance of the organizational announcement.
